Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation

It is the Sacrament of Confirmation that the faithful is sealed with the Holy Spirit, strengthening the faithful in the journey in their Christian life. The Sacrament of Confirmation focuses on guiding every child toward a more intimate relationship with God and to eventually receive a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit, thus awakening in each child the sense of responsibility of a Christian life and the value of belonging to the church community. The growth in the Spirit is then a lifelong journey with Christ which began at Baptism.  It is in the Sacrament of Confirmation that the faithful is sealed with the Holy Spirit thus strengthening the faithful in their Christian life journey.

Confirmation Preparation
